It is a series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to create
a healthy body, mind and lifestyle. The focus is on the deep,
core muscles of the body; the abdominal, lower back and buttocks
(known as the "powerhouse"). Whether the goal is to
improve overall body conditioning, tone muscles, trim inches,
stretch tight muscles or decrease stress or fatigue, Pilates is
a great choice.

Apparatus developed by Joseph Pilates are utilized during a 55
minute session to assist a participant to focus on strengthening
and deepening the "powerhouse". This session is by appointment
only.

Your clothing should be comfortable. You should be able to move
and stretch without the clothes binding.
